Description: The main character of Kozo falls into a series of situations that turn his life into real hell. The cry of the hero’s soul is so well conveyed by the director that he will certainly cause a storm of emotions in any viewer.

It looks like an avant -garde, shocking challenge, anarchist protest against bourgeois society. Filmed in a surreal, absurd manner.

The Italian director Tinto Brass is now more known for erotic paintings. And in the late 60s, he was still aesthetic, intellectual, nonsense, rebel, was ranked to the cinematic elite. The cry even participated in the competition of the prestigious film festival in West Berlin in 1970 (and two years later, Brass was generally a member of the jury!)
