SAP Certified Generative AI Developer Training
course is designed to help developers, SAP consultants, AI engineers, and technical professionals build enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using SAP Business AI and SAP Generative AI Hub. Aligned with the certification curriculum, this course provides practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, orchestration services, retrieval techniques, and AI application development within the SAP ecosystem.
The course begins with an introduction to
SAP Business AI
A major focus of the course is on
prompt engineering and LLM optimization
. You will learn prompt design principles, prompt techniques, system, user, and assistant roles, prompt hardening, and methods for improving AI responses through optimization and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The course also covers evaluating AI models and selecting the right LLM for different business scenarios.
The training further explores
SAP Generative AI Hub
, including the Generative AI Hub interface, orchestration services, prompt registry, prompt templates, and SAP Cloud SDK for AI. Through hands-on exercises, learners will develop AI prompts, orchestrate workflows, implement evaluation functions, and integrate enterprise AI capabilities into business applications.
Advanced modules cover
document grounding, multi-modal prompt engineering, orchestration workflows, model evaluation, and advanced grounding techniques
. Practical labs reinforce each concept, enabling learners to build, test, and optimize AI-powered enterprise solutions using SAP’s latest AI development framework.
By the end of this course, learners will have the skills required to develop, optimize, and deploy Generative AI applications using SAP Generative AI Hub while preparing for SAP Generative AI Developer certification.
